In this episode, we find out how she turned her life around with training and dedication. Why she is a big advocate for women to be strong and the differences in programing for women and men. How she uses mindfulness practices to elicit better performance outcomes, why everyone needs to lift sexy and her mission to educated and inspire women to be healthy and strong. Plus, much more.

Jesse Akister is an experienced CrossFit athlete turned elite Powerlifter. She is a coach and ambassador for women in strength sports. Lover of chocolate, coffee and authentic people.

After successful careers in fashion, makeup, the VVIP aviation industry and corporate training, her real love of helping people change their lives through fitness has taken over as she now transitions to the fitness industry full time.
Jesse competed in 2013 Asia & 2016 Meridan CrossFit regionals as a team athlete before deciding to transition to competing solely in Powerlifting. Her current competition numbers Back Squat 142.5kg, Bench Press 87.5kg, Deadlift 170kg, Total, 400kg at a body weight of 72kgs.

She holds CrossFit Lvl1 & Lvl2, Crossfit Powerlifting, PT Lvl 3.
